Who we are

Hadassim Archive is an internal connection for the Steins Hadassim management system. Operator: the system owner. Contact: m.steinshadassim@gmail.com. Home page: Hadassim Archive.

What it accesses

The connection requests only the Google permission drive.file, which covers files and folders the connection creates or that the owner explicitly selects. In practice it is designed to work in a private folder that it creates itself. It does not request access to contacts, email or calendar.

What is sent to Google and why

Once enabled, image and PDF files of source documents (up to 25 MB each) are uploaded to the owner's Google Drive, with folder names and file information that can include the work date, sheet type and an employee label. The purpose is to keep a private copy of source documents. The system's business data itself is not sent by this connection.

What we store

To keep saving files without asking for approval each time, the system stores a secure authorization from Google on its server. It is not shown to browsers or users. For each copied file the system keeps a record (link to the Drive file, size and a check value).

Sharing

We do not sell this information and we do not publish it or share it with the public. It is processed by Google Drive and by the storage and hosting providers that run the system, only to operate the connection. Archive copies are saved privately in the owner's Google Drive. The original documents and related records may also remain in the management system.

Planned deletion of originals

It is planned that, after a copy in Google Drive has been verified as complete, the original image may be removed from the management system's storage, while the record and the link to the Drive copy are kept. This is not active yet.

Disconnecting

The account owner can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, the connection cannot save more files. Files already saved stay in Google Drive and can be deleted from there directly.

Deletion

There is currently no in-app button to disconnect or delete the connection, and no fixed retention period. An in-app disconnect option is planned but not available yet. For now, disconnecting is done in your Google Account settings (above). Questions: m.steinshadassim@gmail.com.

Google user data

Hadassim Archive's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
