Hadassim Archive is a private, internal connection for the Steins Hadassim management system. Once enabled, it will save copies of the system's source documents (photos and PDF files of work sheets) to a private folder that the connection creates in the system owner's own Google Drive.
It is used by the system owner only. It is not a public service and shows documents to no one else.
What it will do: create a private folder in the owner's Google Drive and save copies of source documents there, organised in folders by work date, sheet type and an employee label. After a copy in Drive has been checked and is complete, the original image may be removed from the management system's storage, while the record and the link to the Drive copy are kept. This is planned and is not active yet.
What it will not do: sell the information or share it publicly.

מה הוא לא יעשה: לא ימכור את המידע ולא יפרסם או ישתף אותו עם הציבור.
